About the Event
Early July holds a special kind of stillness, a golden stretch of long days and wild bloom. The Height of the Light is a retreat held in that soft midsummer glow: a chance to pause, reconnect with your body and creativity, and honour the brightness of the year while it still lingers.
The day begins with a gentle but revitalising Dru Yoga practice, guided by Tessa Cotterill. Her heart-led teaching invites you to move with awareness, stretch with ease, and settle into your breath. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat, Tessa creates a space of calm strength and embodied presence.
After a nourishing break for lunch, the afternoon opens into creativity. Artist and jeweller Sophie Jauncey will guide a wildflower crown–making session inspired by the textures and colours of the land.
