Under the stillness of the new moon, we gather to reflect on what we’re ready to release, and name what we need next. Together, we’ll explore gentle boundary work and intention-setting before settling into a restorative crystal bowl sound bath led by Abby Sims. A chance to soften, realign, and find clarity through vibration and deep listening.
To close, you’re welcome to enter the lake, a wild swim to mark the shift and seal your intention. Or simply sit by the water’s edge and be part of it. Stillness is powerful too.
This is a women-only space, held with care and free from judgement. You are welcome exactly as you are.
