DAY Passes

THURSDAYS Only for 2025

New for 2025, we’re opening the gates for day visitors. Whether you're coming for a wild swim, walkies with the dog, or just a quiet wander through the trees, you're very welcome.

Fforest Fields is a working farm and a lived in landscape, a place for slowing down, connecting with nature, and sharing space with care. Being here comes with a certain mindset. Please take a moment to read through the details here before you buy your pass.

We’re keeping numbers low to protect the peace and make sure the atmosphere stays just right for everyone.  This may mean that we have a day booking system in the summer holidays, we will be in touch with everyone who has booked a pass if that is the case.

We’d love to invite you to join us here at Fforest Fields for the day. Whether you’re coming for a wild swim, walkies with your dog, a coffee and a view, or just some time in the trees - you’re warmly welcome.

This is a real place, a working farm, a woodland, and a family home. Being here means arriving with care. It’s about slowing down, moving gently, and sharing space with respect for the land and each other.

Your day pass gives you access to our woodland trails and footpaths, the long lake for swimming or paddling (always with a buddy), the coffee shop, and our facilities block with toilets and showers. If the Dome or Nook are open for public events, you’re welcome to wander in and take part.

Please check in at Reception on arrival and park only in the designated areas. The farm is busy with animals and machinery, so we ask all visitors to avoid sheds, paddocks, and staff-only areas.

Children must be supervised at all times, and dogs are welcome , but must stay on a lead in shared areas. In the woodlands, off-lead is fine if they’re within sight and under good control.

Swimming in the lake is unsupervised and at your own risk. No lone swimming. The water is deep and cold, home to many species, and we ask everyone to tread lightly. Bring a towel, rinse off after, and enjoy the wild stillness.

Numbers are limited to help protect the atmosphere and the land. Before you book your pass, please read through the full Visitor Terms. These aren’t just rules, they’re part of what makes this place special, and we appreciate you helping us keep it that way.
